Midori | MD Midori Notebook A5 Checkered Notebook

This is my first Midori and I am very happy with the purchase. I use it to write daily and write with a kaweco perkeo m with sepia ink.
The leaves are fine and I consider that there is some ghosting but normal, I expected it. I am delighted and I will repeat from now on.

The Midori notebooks are probably my favorite notebooks. The design and binding is very minimalist. There is no leather cover with various colors to choose from, and MD Paper's logo is barely seen in the cover engraving.

The paper is very high quality. I have tried to write with a pen, markers, underlined, and feathers. The paper resists everything and is barely transparent (something that, for example, bothers me a lot about the role of the Hobonichi roof or the Moleskine notebooks). Specifically, writing with this paper is a enjoyment.

The square guide has a fair force so as not to be intrusive or fall short as a guide for tables or separators. In addition, on the margins there are indicators every 2 and 10 squares, both vertically and horizontally, to help you.

Another of the things that I like most about these notebooks is that they remain completely flat when they are open. It is very comfortable to write in them.

As the only negative point, the roof is very easily dirty if you trot to the notebook. This is the third I have and in the end I have fallen into the purchase of the transparent case that I will rotate with the notebook that is active.

Beautiful notebook, with a spectacular paper. It opens at all and is very comfortable.

The Midori notebooks are great, I use them to work and when I finish filling them, they are like a small script that can be stored in sight. The Japanese binding is very resistant, the leaves do not transfer. The only thing, the cover, you have to be careful with it or get dirty easily (you can not remove the lining to extend its appearance). Even so, I always repeat and buy them from two by two.
These, specifically, with pictures, are great to draw / make sketches having a certain scale. Also very useful to write in Japanese, especially as a student.
