Return policy

Don't worry if you receive something that is not what you imagined. You can return the product within the first 15 days after receiving the order. The first thing you have to do is contact us by email to let us know about the return. We will send our courier to collect what needs to be returned. The product must arrive in perfect condition and with the seal unopened. Please note that the return shipping costs will be at your expense (€3.90).

For international returns, if it's a self claimed return (not because the product has problems) the return fee is €8.

HANDMADE FESTIVAL BARCELONA 2024

On March 22, 23, 24, Entropía Paperstore will be attending the largest crafts fair in Barcelona, the Handmade Festival.

There will be exhibitors of all kinds: fabrics, macramé, embroidery, drawing, stationery...

This is our first year teaching workshops at this fair, so we are more than happy to meet you and spend some quality time together surrounded by beautiful stationery.

In addition, we will not only give workshops, but you will also have the opportunity to buy everything we use, new items...

We have prepared a beautiful stand so that you can go home ready to start your bullet journal adventure.
